  • How do I get a Sembl workspace?

    Subscribe in Sembl Office. We provision a workspace at sembl.eu and email the admin a sign-in link.

  • Is Sembl really end-to-end encrypted?

    Yes. Messages, files and calls are encrypted on the device before they leave, and Sembl never holds the keys — so we can't read your conversations and neither can anyone in the middle.

  • Are bots included in every plan?

    Yes. Bot support is part of the platform — not a premium add-on. Every paying organisation can install bots, scope their privileges and audit their actions from day one.

  • Can multiple people share a subscription?

    Yes. The subscription owner invites teammates from inside Sembl; seats are managed in Sembl Office.

  • Which devices does Sembl run on?

    Sembl ships as a web app, a desktop app and a mobile app. Pair devices via QR code; messages and call state stay in sync across all of them.

  • Can I cancel any time?

    Yes — cancel from Sembl Office. Your workspace stays read-only until the end of the billing period, then is wound down.
